Our community has the unique opportunity to enhance our criminal justice system with innovative policies and practices that reduce harm to children, families, and communities while acknowledging the debt and protecting the rights of victims.
The deliverables of this initiative are to develop an inspiring vision, a long-term mission, the organizational structure, the guiding principles, and the community engagement strategy needed to reduce the number of persons sent to prison/jail and improve the quality of life for everyone in Hillsborough County.
