The team was honored to receive an Award of Excellence for our work creating the Nonprofit Needs List during the pandemic at the Hillsborough County Planning Commission’s 40th Annual Planning & Design Awards program on October 27, 2022. The event showcased excellence in planning and design that has contributed to quality of life in our community.
The new trustees bring experience spanning business, law, higher education, finance, real estate, and community service, strengthening the Foundation’s board as it works to connect philanthropy with opportunities to create lasting impact across the Tampa Bay region.
Community Foundation Tampa Bay announced that President & CEO Marlene Spalten plans to retire in June 2027 after nearly fourteen years of transformational leadership that helped establish the Foundation as the largest community foundation in Florida and one of the largest in the nation.
