Community Foundation Tampa Bay is pleased to announce that Oscar J. Horton, Chairman & CEO of Horton Holdings LLC, has been named Chair of the Board of Trustees. Horton Holdings owns and operates Sun State International Tampa along with other subsidiaries. Oscar has been named to the Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame and Tampa Bay’s Top 100 Most Powerful Business Leaders.
