SHEILA KINMAN, CAP®, SVP of PHILANTHROPY JOINS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF AM&AA TAMPA BAY

(TAMPA, Fla.) – The Community Foundation of Tampa Bay is pleased to announce that our Senior Vice President of Philanthropy, Sheila L. Kinman, CAP®, has joined the Executive Committee of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors Tampa Bay Chapter. The AM&AA is the premiere international organization serving the educational and resource needs of the middle market M&A profession.

Formed in 1998 to bring together CPAs, attorneys, and other experienced corporate financial advisors, AM&AA’s 1100+ professional services firms – including some of the most highly recognized leaders in the industry—draw upon their combined transactional expertise to better serve the needs of their middle market clients worldwide.

Sheila Kinman joined the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay in 2019 and is responsible for connecting donors to philanthropic causes they care about, facilitating legacy and planned gifts and establishing charitable funds. She also works closely with professional advisors and facilitates complex charitable gifts. Sheila has worked within the community foundation industry for more than 10 years, including as Senior Vice President for Philanthropic Giving at the Community Foundation of Palm Beach and Martin Counties and Chief Advancement Officer at the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines.  Sheila earned her Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation in 2013. She is a board member and peer reviewer for the National Standards for U.S. Community Foundation Accreditation program. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in communications and public relations.
